1. Operator and purpose

Doby rodina is a private application operated by Jan Hladovec for personal and family assistance. Access is limited to invited, authorised users. It is not offered for public registration or as a paid public service. By using the application you agree to these terms; if you disagree, do not use it or connect your Google account.

2. Accounts and permissions

Use only your own account or an account you are authorised to manage. Protect your credentials and do not give unauthorised people access. Connecting Google is voluntary and depends on granted permissions and actually available features. Google, employer and Family Link restrictions remain applicable and are not bypassed. Appropriate parental or guardian consent and supervision are required for minors.

3. Features and confirmation

Gmail access is intended to be read-only, without permission to send messages. Calendar changes are made on request; deletion requires separate confirmation. Google Drive writes must not be enabled without technically enforced restriction to a designated folder. Describing a feature does not promise its availability. Do not request unauthorised access, circumvention of security or violations of other people’s rights.

4. AI and checking results

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important information and the consequences of proposed actions before relying on them. Outputs do not replace professional legal, medical or financial advice. Availability and error-free operation of the application or third-party services are not guaranteed. This does not exclude any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy describes data processing, external AI providers, retention and deletion. Read it before connecting an account. Google and the communication channels used also have their own terms.

6. Disconnecting and termination

You may stop using the application at any time. Revoke Google access in your Google account connections settings. Revocation does not by itself delete previously stored data; ask the operator for deletion. The operator may restrict or terminate access for security reasons or if the application is discontinued.

7. Changes, language and contact

Current terms are published on this page. The operator will notify affected users of material changes through their existing private communication channel. Use the same channel to contact Jan Hladovec for support, disconnection or deletion. This English version is an informational translation; in case of differences in interpretation, the Czech version prevails, without affecting users’ mandatory legal rights.
